It features columns on the corners, bevelled glass to all sides and the top and is in a lovely restored, polished and lacquered case. The clock is 19cm high with the handle up and is 10 cm wide.  This clock strikes the hour and the half hour on a gong and will repeat the previous hour when the repeat button on top is pressed. There is also the feature of an alarm with the setting dial shown on the front. The clock has a silvered platform escapement and an eight day movement all restored properly in our workshop, including new mainsprings.
